Why Dance?

At Street Dance Energy, Alan is adept at making exercise fun. The dance benefits pupils on so many levels. They learn new and sophisticated dance moves, understand how to work as a team, perform together and grow in confidence.
Alan’s lessons are based on the new National Curriculum. He is able to tailor his teaching to the cohort.
Pupils meet PE objectives in the most inspirational and energetic way possible.
